In this capacity since 2025, he provides advisory services and oversees independent assessments of cloud service offerings destined for use by Federal Agencies and Department of Defense entities, ensuring the protection of critical systems and sensitive data. His leadership in this role reflects a culmination of more than two decades of experience in technical systems, network administration and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining KTTS, Mr. Bibee was the cybersecurity technical project manager at Zermount Inc. from 2023 to 2025. There, he managed complex projects focused on enhancing organizational cyber resilience and led cross-functional teams in deploying innovative security solutions. His work contributed to strengthening client defenses against evolving cyber threats.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bibee served as program manager for Intelligence IT and data analytics with the U.S. Marine Corps from 2021 - 2023. He led large-scale technology initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and informed data-driven decision-making within the organization. His strategic oversight ensured the successful integration of new technologies into mission-critical operations. Likewise, from 2018 to 2021, Mr. Bibee was a senior manager of intelligence systems and network security for the U.S. Marine Corps. In this role, he led efforts to secure military networks and safeguard classified information against sophisticated cyber adversaries.

As manager of a Regional Network Operations Center (RNOC) for the U.S. Marine Corps from 2017 to 2019, Mr. Bibee achieved a significant milestone by fully equipping the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Intel Center with network and intelligence infrastructure. This accomplishment stands as the highlight of his career due to its profound impact on the long-term development of intelligence capabilities for the U.S. Marine Corps. Under Mr. Bibee's leadership, the RNOC set new standards for network and intelligence system operations.

Mr. Bibee also held several other tenures with the U.S. Marine Corps, including serving as a cyber advisor, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity policy and risk management strategies from 2014 to 2017. From 2010 to 2013, he served as an information systems security manager and alternate special security officer, where he ensured compliance with stringent security regulations and oversaw the protection of sensitive communications. Between 2007 and 2010, Mr. Bibee led executive communications teams, ensuring secure and reliable communication channels for senior leadership during critical missions across the globe. His career began as an intelligence system engineer from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to his military roles, Mr. Bibee served as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2021, teaching courses in cybersecurity and sharing his extensive field experience with students, thereby furthering his passion for education. From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Bibee served as a lead instructor for ThriveDX's, now known as IronCircle, cybersecurity boot camp. In this role, he delivered comprehensive training programs for aspiring cybersecurity professionals, equipping them with practical skills and industry knowledge.Mr. Bibee's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Science in cybersecurity from Liberty University, and an executive certificate in strategic leadership from Liberty University. He also currently pursuing a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, and has held CISSP, CISM, PMP, GCIH, GCED, GSEC, Network+, Security+, CCNA Security, and CCNA Routing and Switching industry certifications.

Mr. Bibee attributes his success to learning from failure, mentorship and networking. He believes that failure offers invaluable lessons that success does not, especially when one learns quickly from mistakes. His entry into cybersecurity began immediately after high school when he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and entered the intelligence field. Although initially expecting a more traditional intelligence role, he discovered an affinity for technical systems early on. This interest evolved into deep expertise in systems administration and network engineering, skills that became central to his focus on cybersecurity operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bibee has received numerous awards recognizing his service and contributions. He was named the U.S. Central Command Junior Marine of the Year for 2009, he received a National Security Agency Star Performer Award, and he has received military decorations such as the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and Joint Service Achievement Medal.

Looking ahead, Mr. Bibee intends to advance automation within cybersecurity processes to reduce workforce stress while improving operational effectiveness across organizations. He remains passionate about education and aspires to help teach and prepare future generations of cybersecurity professionals.
