Mr. Richardson has established a distinguished career in project management, marked by a series of progressive roles across the real estate, marine, oil & gas, commercial, and governmental sectors. Since 2025, he has served as an assistant project manager at Mortenson on the RPL Meta Data center, which is the largest data center in the United States, located in Rayville, LA. In his capacity, Mr. Richardson helps manage the project schedule, performs financial management, coordinate scopes of work, directs personnel and manages deliverables. His responsibilities also include conducting site visits, completing job safety analyses and maintaining a strong safety presence.

Simultaneously, Mr. Richardson is the owner and project manager of Richco Capital in Monroe, Louisiana, a real estate investment company he founded in 2021. Under his leadership, Richco Capital manages a seven-figure portfolio that continues to expand annually. He is also actively involved in growing two separate real estate ventures. In addition to his own company, Mr. Richardson has partnered with a business associate to form several limited liability companies, focusing on short-term rental properties and commercial real estate investments.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Richardson served as project manager and estimator at Quality First Construction in Covington, Louisiana. During this period, he achieved one of his most notable professional accomplishments: serving as the lead estimator for a government contract with the Wildlife and Fisheries department to recover vessels sunk during past hurricanes. After dedicating a month to preparing the bid estimate, Mr. Richardson secured the project for his team. The successful completion of the project within both timeline and budget resulted in an exceptionally high profit margin, a milestone he regards with particular pride.

Throughout his career, Mr. Richardson has demonstrated expertise in project management, a field in which he is recognized for his proficiency and leadership. He is also committed to industry engagement as a committee member of the Monroe Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association since 2022.

He has further enhanced his qualifications through numerous certifications, including construction quality management for contractors from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and a OSHA 233, which is a two hundred thirty-three hour safety and health professional certification from OSHAcademy. Additionally, he earned a CPR/AED/first-aid certification from the National CPR Association, diplomas in environmental science and project management from Alison, a TWIC card from the United States Federal Government, a membership with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union 320, and the Recreational UAS Safety Test from the Academy of Model Aeronautics.

Mr. Richardson attributes his achievements to surrounding himself with good people and benefiting from exceptional mentors throughout his journey.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Richardson is civically engaged as a volunteer, donor, and participant in charity events with the Coastal Conservation Association. His commitment to service was recognized when he received a membership into the Kentucky Colonels Association by the Governor of Kentucky in 2018.

Born in Shreveport, Mr. Richardson enjoys hunting, collecting guns, playing basketball and pickleball and spending time outdoors appreciating nature. He is dedicated to his family life, which includes two children.

Looking ahead, Mr. Richardson aims to continue advancing within the construction industry, striving for director or vice president roles, while also aspiring to coach and mentor others on a broader scale.
