Since 2007, she has served as Medical Laboratory Scientist, Department Supervisor, Manager and now Assistant Director of Laboratory Services at Emory Healthcare, where she has played a pivotal role in advancing laboratory operations and fostering professional growth among her colleagues.

During her tenure with Emory Healthcare, Ms. Reynolds has become recognized for her leadership and mentorship of Medical Laboratory Scientists. Her guidance has contributed to the development of emerging professionals in the field, earning her a reputation as an expert in both leadership and technical proficiency. Among her most notable achievements is her instrumental role during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, she collaborated closely with Emory University, the EML and Immunology Medical Directors of Emory Healthcare, the Immunology Laboratory Technical Specialist and an Emory University Research Associate to validate critical assays. She was also responsible for acquiring and implementing automated equipment that enabled the department to conduct COVID-19 antibody testing efficiently. This initiative resulted in the successful delivery of COVID-19 antibody results, significantly enhancing the hospital's diagnostic capabilities during a period of unprecedented demand. Since then, she has led efforts to obtain and implement multiple automated platforms across various disciplines within the laboratory.

Ms. Reynolds' academic background has been foundational to her success. She earned a Master of Health Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration Leadership from Capella University, a post baccalaureate certificate in Medical Technology from Medical College of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica W.I. Furthering her professional expertise, she is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the Northern Caribbean University Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter. However, throughout her career, she has credited her exceptional mentors for guiding her professional journey and shaping her approach to leadership.

In her personal life, Ms. Reynolds enjoys listening to music, singing and cooking, often finding a connection to her home country of Jamaica through these activities. She is also devoted to her family life as the mother of two daughters. She is also committed to civic engagement and community service, volunteering with the Atlanta Food Bank.

Ms. Reynolds' dedication to excellence has been recognized by her induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the Alpha Eta Society.
