Mr. Valentini has established a distinguished career defined by his expertise in hospital supply chain operations and his commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships within the health care industry. In 2025, he assumed the role of director of sales at Health Connect Partners, where he connects suppliers directly with hospital supply chain and operating room decision makers. He is responsible for hosting both live, in-person and online reverse expo conferences, as well as providing industry-leading education to stakeholders. Mr. Valentini's approach emphasizes relationship-driven sales, guiding vendors to become valued partners rather than mere sellers. In his role, his efforts have been instrumental in enhancing the ecosystem between buyers and sellers, resulting in significant cost savings for health systems and improved patient care.

Earlier, Mr. Valentini was a national account manager for supplier relations at Health Connect Partners between 2023 and 2024. He also excelled at Health Connect Partners in various roles starting in 2019, including software engineer, account executive, and, finally, national accounts manager.

Briefly recruited to IDN Directory, Mr. Valentini was the director of business development from 2024 to 2025 before returning to Health Connect Partners. Notably, IDNs, or integrated delivery networks, aim to streamline care delivery by providing patients with a seamless experience across services. Mr. Valentini's role was to expand business opportunities and strengthen connections between vendors and IDNs.

Mr. Valentini's earlier experience included positions at edX and Columbia University, as well as being a self-employed full-stack developer. He also spent over 15 years as a karate instructor with the World Seido Karate Organization, training thousands of students across age groups and abilities, instilling values of discipline and personal growth while also engaging in competitive fighting.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Valentini earned a Bachelor of Arts in cinematography and film/video production from Emerson College in Boston in 2000. This foundation fostered creativity and project management skills that have supported his diverse professional pursuits. In addition to his degree, he holds a full-stack developer certificate from New York Coding and Design Academy, earned in 2018, which equipped him with advanced programming capabilities essential for his roles in software engineering and technology-driven sales environments. Outside of his field, Mr. Valentini obtained a private pilot license (single-engine land) from Heritage Flight Academy in Ronkonkoma in 2012.

Mr. Valentini's is part of several communities and professional development organizations and industry engagement programs. He also participates in mentorship groups for young entrepreneurs, guiding them on sales strategies and financial literacy while nurturing their potential for future success. Meanwhile, Mr. Valentini's philanthropic efforts have included contributing significantly to community service initiatives supported by the Seido Juku Benefit Foundation through the World Seido Karate Organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Valentini has demonstrated a strong understanding of vendor pain points in communication and partnership-building within health care supply chains. He has also become recognized for advocating relationship-driven sales strategies that prioritize long-term value over transactional exchanges.

Mr. Valentini attributes much of his success to the support system he has built with colleagues and students throughout his career. He also believes that cultivating well-rounded individuals is paramount. Witnessing the achievements of those he has mentored remains one of his most significant sources of pride.
