Her responsibilities include frequent communication with these mills and production teams. Mrs. Gigler work on product development offers a range of design options for the tailored garments. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Gigler was a store manager at Hive & Colony from 2021 to 2023, during which time she was responsible for daily operations, staff management and customer relations. From 2018 until 2021, she contributed as an assistant manager, supporting the leadership team in operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Her initial position with the company began in 2018 as a lead stylist consultant, providing personalized styling services and helping shape the brand's visual identity.

In addition to her tenure at Hive & Colony, Mrs. Gigler has been the owner of b.leg since 2021, a clothing line focused on women's resort wear. She began by networking within Boston, offering custom garment creations for local clients and acquaintances. Her work quickly gained recognition through participation in several area runway shows, including Boston GreenFest and Rhode Island Fashion Week. A significant milestone in her career was her invitation to New York Fashion Week with Plitzs Fashion Marketing in 2023, which she regards as her most notable achievement.

Mrs. Gigler is also the founder of Behaven Shoes LLC, established in 2023. Through this venture, she designs and produces footwear that complements her apparel collections, further demonstrating her expertise in managing product lines and creating cohesive fashion statements.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Gigler served as a teacher assistant for digital tools and textile design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2017, during which time she supported students in developing their technical skills. That same year, she completed an internship in bag and accessories design at Basader, gaining valuable experience in soft-good development.

Between 2015 and 2017, Mrs. Gigler worked as a stylist at Bristol Recording and Voice Studios, providing wardrobe consultation for artists and performers. In 2016, she was a teacher assistant for Drawing 1 at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, following her work as a seamstress at RubiaWear from 2015 to 2016.

Providing Mrs. Gigler with technical proficiency and creative insight was her academic background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Fine Arts in fashion design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, earned in 2018. Additionally, she stays engaged with the broader arts community as an active member of the Museum Council at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.

Reflecting on her journey, Mrs. Gigler credits much of her success to advocating strongly for her work and career aspirations while benefiting from the guidance of supportive mentors who offered constructive feedback. As an individual who truly invests in the blend between art and function, she remains committed to the essence of fashion by crafting high-quality items by hand.

In addition to her work with menswear and customizable fashion, Mrs. Gigler extends her talents in costume design with opera productions, and supporting the local Cambridge Chamber Ensemble. Her work as the CCE costume designer has recently won her The American Prize for the companies production of Samon.

Looking ahead, she plans to expand Behaven Shoes, reaching new markets beyond Massachusetts with aspirations for a physical retail presence. She also aims to advance within Hive & Colony while remaining open to opportunities with leading luxury brands.
