MERIDIAN, ID, December 01, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ruby Lupien has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Lupien has established herself as a distinguished leader in finance and risk management, currently serving as founder and fractional chief financial officer at GemPeak Financial since 2025. In this capacity, she leverages her extensive expertise to educate business owners on strategic decision-making, translating complex financial concepts into accessible insights for clients. Her work is particularly focused on addressing the financial literacy gap within underserved Hispanic communities, offering support to business owners seeking to make informed decisions and maximize their resources. Her commitment to helping clients understand their financial situations, assess risks and external factors, and utilize financial leverage for funding has positioned her as a trusted advisor in the industry. She is also dedicated to educating clients about credit management and strengthening their financial profiles.

Prior to founding GemPeak Financial, Ms. Lupien was co-owner and business development partner at Lupien Insurance Agency beginning in 2009. This role marked her introduction to the professional landscape in the United States, where she initially focused on marketing commercial insurance to small business owners. She concentrated on enhancing customer retention strategies and navigating the evolving complexities of the insurance sector. In recent years, she has addressed challenges such as high-risk factors tied to climate change, which have prompted insurers to reassess coverage offerings and minimize exposure in vulnerable areas.

From 2021 to 2024, Ms. Lupien served as a commercial credit analyst at Zions Bank. During her tenure, she completed the Moody's banker development program, deepening her expertise in credit analysis and risk management across various industries in Idaho and throughout the United States. This experience solidified her commitment to financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Ms. Lupien's professional journey is further distinguished by her membership in several industry-related organizations, including the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Beta Alpha Psi and Phi Eta Sigma. She also served as president of the Beta Gamma Sigma chapter at Boise State University, demonstrating her leadership within the academic community.

Her academic achievements include earning a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in accountancy from Boise State University in 2021, graduating cum laude while raising two children and managing a household without extended family support nearby. This accomplishment required exceptional discipline, time management and focus, qualities that have continued to define Ms. Lupien's career. She was recognized on the College of Business and Economics Dean's List at Boise State University in 2021. Additionally, she holds a leadership certificate from Harvard Online earned in 2024.

Ms. Lupien credits her success to passion, determination and vision, attributes shaped by her upbringing in Colombia during turbulent times marked by violence. These formative experiences instilled a profound appreciation for life and motivated her to pursue a career dedicated to alleviating poverty through financial empowerment. After relocating to the United States in 2008 and overcoming language barriers, she excelled academically and professionally, driven by an earnest desire to make a difference.

Her civic engagement includes involvement with Global Lounge, fundraising for the Agency for New Americans and supporting Boise Rescue Mission Ministries through Beta Gamma Sigma initiatives. Ms. Lupien has contributed as a volunteer with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and taught children about saving during Teach Children to Save Day in 2023. She also served as co-captain for Paint-A-Thon and sponsored the Idaho Governor's Cup in 2023.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Lupien enjoys spending time outdoors with family through activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking and camping. She also finds joy in dancing and cooking. Looking ahead, she plans to obtain Certified Management Accountant certification while expanding GemPeak Financial's reputation as a trusted bilingual fractional chief financial officer firm. She remains committed to developing programs focused on financial literacy and entrepreneurship for underserved communities, advocating for ethical practices and empowering small business owners to achieve stability and long-term success through informed decision-making.
