Ms. Davis-Hutchison's professional career began with a focus on service through education; in addition to working in real estate, she also coached youth sports and taught at the elementary level.

In 2002, she entered the oil and gas sector with Hanover, a service provider. The amount of change initiatives the company weathered, including software implementations, a merger and spinoff, fed the development of Deborah's "How can I help?" outlook. That approach regarding change and change management, combined with the new opportunities it brought, led to Deborah stepping into progressively responsible roles, and ultimately earning a Master of Arts and Sciences in organizational development and executive coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas, in 2015.

In 2016, Ms. Davis-Hutchison made the decision to found Quest Executive Services, LLC where she is an executive coach, facilitator, and trainer. Her work centers on partnering with organizations, leaders, and teams to increase impact and improve performance through healthy workplace communication and relationships.

Over her career, Deborah has focused her personal development to support the organizations she serves gaining certifications in various areas of expertise. She is a Workplace Mediator and Leading Out of Drama provider, certified Franklin Covey and Frontline Leadership trainer, a facilitator for the GiANT 5 Voices Program, xChange Conscious Leadership, MBTI, and Gallup Strengths Finder. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and as a consultant she is also certified in The Transition Roadmap and iMAP.

Deborah serves as an adjunct instructor for several technology centers, sharing practical leadership and communication skills with students and professionals. In addition to serving small businesses as a strategist and transition guide, her extensive experience has also enabled her to step in as a fractional COO.

As a part of her business journey, Deborah has partnered with GiANT, Next-Element, The Transition Strategists and Solomon Strategic Advisors. These partnerships align with her approach to prioritize people and relationships while using tools and methods that positively impact overall outcomes. Deborah feels fortunate to be able to work with companies that share her values and commitment to processes that are both impactful and life-changing.

Throughout her wide-ranging career, Ms. Davis-Hutchison has been recognized for her ability to build strong connections and resolve conflicts, qualities she applies both professionally and personally. She finds great fulfillment in engaging audiences to help them improve their relationships—an achievement she considers central to her professional legacy.

Ms. Davis-Hutchison has been a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners since 2023, and has served as director of membership for the Arkansas-Oklahoma Chapter of the International Coach Federation since 2014.

Civically, Ms. Davis-Hutchison has contributed to her community through service focused on children, mental health, and business development. Her presence on non-profit boards, local Chambers, and leadership committees includes Angels Foster Family Network, the Norman Chamber of Commerce, Moore Norman Technology Center and the Virtue Center. She is also a volunteer mentor for other coaches.

Outside her professional endeavors, she enjoys walking, running, camping, biking, spending time with family and caring for her pets. Her personal goals include maintaining an active lifestyle, prioritizing wellness and creating meaningful memories with her grandchildren while positively influencing their lives.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Davis-Hutchison considers her greatest accomplishment to be helping those she serves find joy in their work environments and within the relationships they cultivate.
