Her responsibilities include collaborating with organizations that refers individuals in need of food, clothing, or hygiene products, gathering necessary items, and ensuring their delivery or pickup by recipients or referring agencies. Ms. Dobbins credits her faith and her children's unwavering support as foundational to the charity's existence and success.

In 2023, Ms. Dobbins expanded her impact by becoming the owner of Club 67, an organization she founded to foster inclusivity and provide a welcoming environment for all individuals with intellectual disabilities and other members of the community She regards the establishment of both Club 67 and The Chance Dobbins Sr. Charity as her most significant professional achievements, reflecting her commitment to creating spaces where people feel valued and supported.

Ms. Dobbins has also serves as the Director at The Haven Inc. Adult Day Program for individuals with intellectual disability since 2014, where she has contributed to the program development and operational oversight for over a decade. Furthermore, she has been instrumental as an administrator and Director Care staff at C and D's Guest Homes Inc. in Atwater, California, since 1995, a residential care facility that provides habilitation, support and monitoring services for individuals with mental and/or developmental disabilities.

Actively involved in professional organizations and civic initiatives, Ms. Dobbins is affiliated with the Central Valley Regional Center, and other local agencies, demonstrating her dedication to advancing resources and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in Merced and surrounding counties located in California. She also volunteers with different organizations to Feed the Veterans, families in need and the unhoused, contributing her time and resources to supporting the vulnerable populations.

Ms. Dobbins's leadership and service have been recognized through several honors, including the Distinguished Business Award from the City of Atwater in 2023, the Mayor's Award in 2023, the Nonprofit of the Year award from Esmeralda Soria in 2024, and multiple awards from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2024.

Looking ahead, Ms. Dobbins aspires to acquire a dedicated building for her charity, an endeavor intended to honor both her husband's legacy and that of her late brother-in-law through Club 67, She envisions this space as a lasting testament for her children and those she serves, providing a space to house the charity to be able to offer educational classes, a food pantry, a clothes and hygiene closet that will supply daily essentials for individuals in the community, and a venue for a night club activities that will serve individuals with intellectual disability to create an environment that is their own with a judgment free zone and to continue to uplift the community.
