Before her current role, Ms. Pellegrino served as chief financial officer at Copy Secure Inc., a paper discovery solutions company, from 2005 to 2017. During her tenure, she managed financial operations and contributed to the company's growth by instituting robust fiscal controls and supporting strategic initiatives. Concurrently, she owned and operated SMP Bookkeeping and Income Taxes from 2000 to 2018, providing bookkeeping and tax preparation services to a diverse client base and further honing her expertise in accounting.

From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Pellegrino worked as a tax preparer for Touey & Company LLC, where she was responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her earlier experience includes serving as controller at Indoor Quality Solutions Inc. from 2002 to 2003, where she managed all aspects of financial reporting and internal controls.

Ms. Pellegrino began her professional journey as an accounts payable supervisor at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 2005. In this role, she oversaw accounts payable functions for a major pharmaceutical company, developing foundational skills in financial management that would inform her later achievements.

Throughout her career, Ms. Pellegrino has been recognized for her leadership and contributions to the industry.
