Since 2022, he has served as the vice president of operations for RAW Wheels + Tires. In this capacity, he manages day-to-day operations, oversees cash flow, maintains inventory and conducts audits to ensure seamless business functions from the field to the back office. He is responsible for providing aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer wheel and tire replacements to the public, offering financing solutions for both cash- and credit-restrained customers, and assisting clients in selecting suitable options for wheels and tires.

From 2008 to 2021, Mr. DiLeo was a Franchise President and Owner of RimTyme Custom Wheels and Tires and ColorTyme, a rent-to-own home furnishings business. During this period, he built his own company from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. His operational acumen enabled him to master complex aspects of business ownership, MA and including raising capital, managing taxes and handling back-office functions. This hands-on experience culminated in the successful sale of his business to a private equity firm at a high EBITDA multiple — a milestone he regards as the highlight of his career. With notable track records for revenue, profit and people growth at "every" stop of his career.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. DiLeo held the position as a Franchise Chief Operating Officer at Aaron's Sales and Lease with locations in WV and OH from 2004 until 2008. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing multiple franchise locations, optimizing operational processes and ensuring consistent performance across all stores.

Mr. DiLeo began his career at Rent-A-Center now (UpBound Group, LLC), where he served as an Executive Regional Director of operations between 1989 and 2004 for over 60 plus locations in 5 states. Starting at a young age after graduating high school, he quickly advanced through the ranks due to his strong work ethic, proved track record and operational strengths. His tenure at Rent-A-Center provided him with invaluable mentorship and executive management training that laid the foundation for his future success.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. DiLeo has contributed to industry advancement through his active involvement in key organizations. He has served on the board of directors for APRO in 2011 and 2012 and has been the state president of Kentucky and Oregon Rental Dealers. Was featured in the 1851# Franchise Times and SEMA Wheel and Tire Council.

He also led charity work for the Human Society, Car Shows for Kids, Shriners and AmeriCorps.

After graduating high school, Mr. DiLeo completed coursework at Finger Lakes Community College. He has further enhanced his expertise through several certifications, including collections and controls from Dun & Bradstreet; loss risk assessment and HR as well as management, development and leadership from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business; situational frontline leadership from Blanchard; six sigma management from the Jack Welch Management Institute; and proficiency with the Franklin Organizer from Productivity.

Reflecting on his journey, Mr. DiLeo attributes his achievements to a strong work ethic and high integrity instilled by his family — particularly his family — along with guidance from mentors throughout his career. His commitment to continuous self-education through business literature and seminars has also played a pivotal role in his professional growth.

Looking ahead, Mr. DiLeo plans to leverage his extensive operational experience by pursuing an executive leadership position. As a chief operating officer or chief executive officer, he can continue to build on his legacy of excellence in operations and business management.
