Since 2025, she has served as a Strategic Account Executive at Everon, where she consults with clients to understand their needs, tailors approaches to meet client objectives, manages multiple tasks and stakeholders, ensures deadlines are met and responds quickly to client inquiries.

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Nieto was a Senior Program Manager at Everon from 2024 to 2025. In this capacity, she oversaw complex programs, coordinated cross-functional teams and ensured the successful delivery of client solutions. She previously held the role of Commercial Sales Training Manager for the company between 2021 and 2024, during which time she developed and implemented training programs that enhanced the skills of the sales team.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Nieto served as an Intelligent Workplace Services Manager at Xerox from 2020 until 2021, following her time as the company's Philadelphia area Director of Sales from 2019 to 2020, leading her sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.

Previously at Xerox, Mrs. Nieto further demonstrated her leadership as a Managed Print Services manager between 2016 and 2019. She gained foundational experience with Xerox from 2013 to 2016 as a Managed Print Specialist — a role in which she gained expertise in consultative selling and account management.

A highlight of Mrs. Nieto's professional achievements was her selection for Xerox's inaugural VISTA Early Career Executive Development Program. Chosen as one of only 60 individuals globally — and one of just 40 in the United States — she participated in this year-long initiative that provided advanced leadership training, challenging projects and opportunities to present before senior executives.

Pivotal in Mrs. Nieto's career progression was her academic background. After completing coursework in International Studies and German at the Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany in 2012, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and German from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2013.

Beyond her formal education, Mrs. Nieto's commitment to professional development is reflected in numerous certifications. In 2025, she completed a Women in Leadership certificate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She holds a lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, obtained in 2024, and became recognized as a Change Management Specialist by the Management and Strategy Institute in 2023. Additional credentials from LinkedIn include coaching and developing employees, learning how to increase learner engagement, components of effective learning and creating a culture of change, among several other accreditations geared toward leadership and sales.

Reflecting on her career, Mrs. Nieto attributes much of her success to the guidance of exceptional mentors and managers whose honest feedback has been instrumental in her growth. Her leadership and performance have earned her significant recognition, including the Xerox Vista Leadership Program in 2020; President's Club honors from Stewart, a Xerox Company, in both 2018 and 2014; and Rookie of the Year from Stewart, a Xerox Company in 2014.

Outside her professional responsibilities, Mrs. Nieto's involvement extends into civic engagement, serving as an advisory board member for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Looking ahead, she remains dedicated to excelling further within her organization by fostering strong relationships with customers, consistently achieving sales goals and positioning herself for continued leadership growth within Everon.
