He is responsible for managing contract negotiations with the hospital administrations and serves his Regional Team by providing onboarding and advanced technology training for new Terumo representatives — a vital component of the rapidly evolving health care sector.

During his tenure at Terumo, Mr. Chenworth has consistently ranked in the top 15% of representatives nationwide, achieving President's Club honors from the company along with above quota attainment honors annually. He has been recognized as the one of the best in company for four consecutive years in multiple product areas and has been a large contributor to his team being one of the top teams across the entire United States since 2021. Prior to joining Terumo, Mr. Chenworth served as a Territory Manager at Becton Dickinson (BD) from 2017 to 2021 following its acquisition of Bard Davol. During this time, he managed sales within the surgical division, with a focus on hernia mesh and collaborative products. He surpassed 100% of his intended quota in both 2020 and 2021 despite facing industry challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, consistently ranking in the top 10% of company performers and earning President's Club recognition in 2019.

From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Chenworth excelled as an Associate Territory Manager II at Bard Davol, where he developed expertise in surgical product sales across Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. This success earned him his future role as Territory Manager in North Carolina. His earlier experience includes serving as the District Manager at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) from 2015 to 2016, during which he honed his leadership skills as a small business consultant on payroll, human resources and tax solutions.

Much of Mr. Chenworth's remarkable work ethic and drive to succeed stems from his athletic career. He played professional baseball with the Sonoma Stompers Professional Baseball Club in 2014, the Las Vegas Train Robbers in 2013 and the Joliet Slammers in 2011, reflecting his longstanding dedication to reliability, team success, continuous improvement and exceeding expectations.

While pursuing his baseball career, Mr. Chenworth also served in roles such as Shift Manager at Sardinas and Restaurant Team Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill — both in San Diego — during the same period. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Regional Sales Representative at Ambit Energy, where he drove the company's mission of supplying Maryland-based residents with cost-effective energy solutions.

Before venturing onto his path in territory management, Mr. Chenworth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing from Lubbock Christian University in 2012. The discipline developed through his collegiate studies and athletic pursuits has been crucial throughout his career, shaping his communication skills and approach to business challenges.

Along with his education, Mr. Chenworth attributes much of his success to the values instilled by his parents — particularly responsibility, integrity and discipline — and is immensely grateful for the love and support of his wife throughout their many years together. The motivation provided by his family continues to drive him both professionally and personally.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Chenworth is actively involved in civic initiatives as a volunteer motivational speaker for local teams, where he shares life lessons about perseverance and accountability with the next generation. He also donates time and resources to charitable organizations and supports the neonatal intensive care unit community at University of North Carolina (UNC) Rex Hospital through charitable giving.

Happily married and a proud father of two, Mr. Chenworth is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys golfing, looks forward to coaching his children's teams, watching sports — especially Baltimore Ravens football and Baltimore Orioles baseball — and partaking in motivational speaking engagements. He values spending quality time with his family on trips and prioritizes being present for his two young children and his wife.
