From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Kodmani served as head of international at EnTrust Permal, now known as EnTrust Global. In this role, he oversaw the company's international business development and client engagement strategies, working across diverse product lines and client bases in multiple regions.

Mr. Kodmani's most notable professional achievement occurred during his 19-year tenure at Permal Group, where he began in 2000 as employee number two in London. He initially served as senior executive officer from 2000 to 2011 before being appointed chief executive officer and president from 2011 to 2016. Under his leadership, Permal Group experienced significant growth, expanding its assets under management from approximately $5 billion to more than $35 billion at its peak. He successfully expanded the company globally by opening offices in nine cities worldwide. Mr. Kodmani built a robust team from the ground up and engaged directly with clients and investors in each location.

Before joining Permal Group, Mr. Kodmani was a senior vice president at Scudder Investments (now DWS Group GmbH & Co KGaA) from 1993 to 2000. In this capacity, he contributed to the firm's marketing and distribution initiatives for institutional investors.

His early career included serving as associate vice president at Equitable, now AllianceBernstein L.P., from 1989 to 1993. There, he gained foundational experience in asset management and investor relations that would inform his subsequent leadership roles.

Mr. Kodmani's academic background has played a pivotal role in shaping his professional journey. He earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York City in 1998. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Columbia University in New York City in 1989. Additionally, he holds the chartered financial analyst certification (CFA) and obtained a graduate certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science in London in 1987. These academic achievements provided him with a strong analytical foundation and strategic perspective that have been instrumental throughout his career.
