She managed several residential communities simultaneously, ensuring high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction while mentoring emerging leaders within the organization. Her focus on developing talent and maximizing team potential became a hallmark of her management style.

Between 2014 and 2018, Ms. York was business manager for Willow Bridge Property Company in Northeast New York. She was responsible for financial oversight, budgeting and strategic planning for multiple assets. Her leadership contributed to improved operational efficiency and profitability across the portfolio.

Ms. York's earlier experience includes serving as resident manager for Willow Bridge Property Company in Boston from 2012 to 2014, where she handled day-to-day property management duties and resident relations. She began her career as a leasing and marketing professional with Willow Bridge Property Company in Delmar, New York, from 2011 to 2012, where she developed foundational skills in leasing strategies and customer service.

Throughout her tenure at Willow Bridge Property Company—formerly Lincoln Property Company—Ms. York advanced from leasing agent to assistant manager, manager and ultimately multisite manager. She takes particular pride in having opened her own brokerage but considers her most significant accomplishment to be the success of her team members. She is recognized for hiring and training numerous professionals who have gone on to achieve their own career milestones under her mentorship.

Her industry involvement includes serving as board member and chair of the operations committee for the Apartment Professionals Trade Society of New York, a National Apartment Association affiliate, from 2016 to 2022. This role allowed Ms. York to contribute to industry standards and advocate for best practices within the multifamily housing sector.

Ms. York's academic background includes earning a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University at Albany in 2010, graduating magna cum laude. This educational foundation has been integral to her success in both financial management and strategic business development throughout her career. She also holds several professional certifications that underscore her expertise, including real estate broker certification from the New York State Department of State, obtained in 2025, and the certified apartment manager designation from the National Apartment Association, earned in 2019.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. York enjoys CrossFit and values time spent with her family, including her spouse and three children.
