From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Dockery served as the Director of Human Resources at Trident Systems Inc., which specializes in processing systems, command and control solutions and airborne sensors within the defense and space manufacturing industry. In this role, she managed all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance. Her expertise was evident in her ability to implement policies that enhanced the workplace culture and supported organizational development at Trident.

Before venturing onto her path at IMSolutions, Ms. Dockery pursued higher education and earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Marymount University in 2005, equipping her with advanced knowledge that has informed her leadership approach for two decades. She also holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College, completed in 2009, which provided her with essential financial acumen.

Earlier in her journey, Ms. Dockery obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration from Ursuline College in 1995, broadening her understanding of organizational management within complex environments. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning and growth, she is certified in Information Technology (IT) by Marymount University and is a CPA Candidate within the State of Virginia.
