Over four and a half months, Ms. Butler and her team implemented a consistent approach that fostered trust and communication. Their efforts led to a significant reduction in disruptive behaviors and allowed the client to be taken off two medications. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, she served as a secretary at Arnott Ogden Medical Center for 11 years. Academically, Ms. Butler's academic foundation includes an associate degree in liberal arts and sciences from Corning Community College in Corning, New York, earned in 1992.
