Prior to her current role, Ms. Ginese provided consulting services at another center, where she assisted a director at a facility in Acton. This experience further broadened her expertise and reinforced her reputation as a resourceful leader in the field. From 2016 to 2018, she held the position of director at Children's VA in Worcester. In this capacity, she oversaw program development and staff management, ensuring high standards of care and educational quality. Her leadership contributed to the center's positive reputation within the community.
Between 2008 and 2016, Ms. Ginese was director at YWCA Of Central Mass. She played a pivotal role in shaping the center's curriculum and fostering strong relationships with families and staff members. Her efforts were instrumental in enhancing communication practices and promoting professional development among educators. She also served as director at YWCA in Westborough from 2001 to 2008. During her tenure, she implemented innovative programs that supported children's growth and learning while strengthening partnerships with parents.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Ginese gained valuable experience as an infant teacher. This foundational role allowed her to develop expertise in early childhood development and establish effective communication strategies with both parents and colleagues, a skill set that has become one of her professional hallmarks.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ginese has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in communication with parents and staff, earning recognition as an expert in this area. She is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and industry standards.
Ms. Ginese's academic background includes an associate degree in early childhood education from Becker College in Worcester, which she completed in 1994. Her formal education provided a strong foundation for her subsequent achievements and informed her approach to child-centered learning environments. She also holds several certifications relevant to her field, including certified lead teacher, certified director and certified infant toddler preschool educator.
Ms. Ginese attributes much of her success to leveraging available resources and building networks with other directors through regular group meetings. Her passion for working with children began early in life as the second oldest of six siblings; she started babysitting at a young age and found joy in discovering teachable moments each day.

Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Ginese values family time with her spouse and two children and enjoys going to the beach.
