Her earlier tenure as mobile product management leader resulted in the launch of Cigna's flagship mobile application during the earliest era of the iPhone. She also established the company's first mobile center of excellence, paving the way for a new wave of digital engagement in health care.
Ms. Alla began her career in technology leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, BroadVision, and Sona Consulting Services. Across each organization, she gained a reputation for seeing possibility where others saw limitation and for bringing together strategy, technology, and purpose with extraordinary clarity.
A recognized expert in enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, data strategy, and digital health, Ms. Alla continues to contribute to national conversations about the future of the industry. She is an active member of the Forbes Technology Council, the Healthcare Executives Network, the Network for Excellence in Health Innovation, and the Product Development and Management Association.

Throughout her journey, Ms. Alla has been guided by perseverance. It is a value instilled in her by her father, who taught her to pursue excellence with courage and conviction no matter the path she chose. This grounding belief helped her navigate every major transition in her career, from engineering to digital health leadership to entrepreneurship. She also acknowledges the mentors and supporters who opened doors along the way and who continue to inspire her commitment to uplifting future leaders, especially women in technology and health care.
