His ability to navigate complex multicultural environments and manage cross-functional teams was critical during this period of organizational change.

From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Le Gros held the position of Canada SBU manager at FlexLink. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by driving business development initiatives and expanding the company's footprint within Canada. His results-oriented approach and dedication to teamwork contributed significantly to FlexLink's sustained success in the region.

Between 2010 and 2019, Mr. Le Gros excelled as application manager and quality coordinator at FlexLink. In these roles, he was overseeing the activities to develop innovative solutions for production lines and automation systems and implementing quality assurance protocols that enhanced product reliability and customer satisfaction. His expertise in quality coordination enabled him to lead by example, championing continuous improvement initiatives that elevated operational standards.

Mr. Le Gros began his journey with FlexLink in France as application engineer, project engineer and information technology coordinator from 2000 to 2010. He developed innovative solutions for production lines and automation systems while supporting information technology infrastructure across multiple projects. His technical acumen and problem-solving skills laid the foundation for his future leadership roles within the organization.

His professional career commenced at Domino Amjet Inc., where he worked as technician application from 1997 to 2000. This early experience provided Mr. Le Gros with valuable insights into industrial applications and set the stage for his subsequent achievements in automation engineering.

Throughout his career, Mr. Le Gros has been recognized as a leader who leads by example, a distinction he considers his most significant accomplishment. Mr. Le Gros' academic background includes an advance graduate degree in electronics, automation and industrial computing from Université de Rouen, completed in 1997. He also holds a bachelor's degree in physical measurements, materials and physico-chemical controls from Université de Rouen, earned in 1996. The rigorous training he received during his studies provided a strong technical foundation that has supported his success across various demanding roles.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Le Gros is committed to civic engagement and community service. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, As been a fund raiser for SickKids through the Great Cycle Challenge Canada (Riding to fight kids' cancer) since 2020 and has been an active blood donor since 1992, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
