Prior to founding Essential Living Support LLC, Mr. Brown was an access control specialist with CenCore LLC in Cheyenne from 2022 to 2024. In this position, he utilized his top-secret clearance at the Microsoft building while simultaneously pursuing graduate studies. During this period, he also worked as a contractor for Overture before establishing his own company.

From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Brown returned to federal service as a telecommunications specialist for the United States Department of Defense in Cheyenne. His responsibilities included managing the facility's telecommunications infrastructure and ensuring operational continuity.

In 2022, Mr. Brown served as a rating veterans service representative at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs in Waco, Texas. He reviewed veteran claims and medical documentation to determine appropriate ratings, a role that required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of veterans' needs.

From 2018 to 2019, Mr. Brown worked as a conservatorship worker II for Child Protective Services at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services in Corpus Christi. He was responsible for safeguarding the welfare of children under state care. His earlier experience includes serving as an administrative segregation correctional officer at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Beeville from 2017 to 2018, where he maintained safety and order within the facility.

From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Brown was a program specialist II at Texas Health and Human Services in Corpus Christi, overseeing various health care-related programs. He also held the position of group and relief group home manager at Tejas Management System HCS and Tx in Corpus Christi from 2015 to 2016, managing staff and ensuring quality care for residents. In 2015, he served as an administrative assistant to the director of habilitation therapies at Texas Health and Human Services in Corpus Christi.

Mr. Brown's professional journey began after high school when he enlisted in the United States Army as a telecommunications specialist. Stationed in Hawaii with deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Korea, he delivered fiber optic cables, installed equipment in server rooms, and provided help desk support. Despite facing challenges due to family responsibilities during his military service, he demonstrated resilience by transitioning into health care administration, a field he found both sustainable and rewarding.

Mr. Brown's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in business administration and management as well as health care management from Capella University in 2024. This advanced degree equipped him with the strategic leadership skills necessary for running Essential Living Support LLC.

Mr. Brown previously completed a Bachelor of Science in health care administration with a minor in health care information systems from the University of Phoenix in 2013. This foundation enabled him to transition successfully from military service to civilian roles focused on health care delivery and administration.

Born in Pahokee, Florida, Mr. Brown enjoys scuba diving alongside spending quality time with his wife and service dog outside of work commitments.
