BALTIMORE, MD, December 15, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Geoffrey C. Rudolf has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Rudolf has led a distinguished career marked by over 20 years of devotion to education, service and community engagement. Since 2007, he has been a classroom paraeducator with Baltimore City Public Schools, where he is recognized as an expert in helping students with disabilities. His responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, feeding children, supporting their physical mobility and facilitating communication through physical therapy and occupational therapy activities. He also helps create educational resources and materials tailored to students' specific needs.

In 2019, Mr. Rudolf expanded his impact by taking on the role of highly qualified para-educator with Baltimore City Public Schools. He provides mentorship to other pastors, covers for them during absences and supports students with disabilities in their academic and personal development.

Outside the educational realm, Mr. Rudolf is the snack bar manager of Rolling Road Golf Club, a private facility where he oversees daily operations and ensures a high standard of service for club members and guests alike. Concurrently, he has served as the club's banquet captain for more than 20 years, coordinating events and managing staff to deliver seamless experiences for patrons.

Mr. Rudolf's entrepreneurial spirit is equally evident in his work as a real estate rental manager for Agapa Homes since 2009 and as the owner of Geoffrey Real Estate Group. Through these ventures, he manages rental properties and operates a cleaning company that serves the needs of churches and synagogues throughout Baltimore.

Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Rudolf was a subcontractor for Baltimore City, where he worked at the help desk in support of platforms for students with disabilities. He tracked individualized education programs, attendance and behavior records while providing technical support to staff and families. Following a restructuring, he transitioned into a full-time role in the IEP office as a technical support professional, where he maintained legal paperwork for two schools and was pivotal in helping one school exit a consent decree ahead of others in the city.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rudolf has been sought after by professionals and doctors for advice and support due to his unique perspective as an individual with disabilities who has overcome significant challenges. He is also actively involved with Blooming Beyond Barriers as a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) treasurer and paraeducator, further demonstrating his commitment to advocacy and leadership within the educational community.

Mr. Rudolf's own academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for his professional success. Having previously earned an Associate of Science in business management in 2020 and an Associate of Arts in business administration in 2019 — both from Community College of Baltimore County — he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Western Governors University.

To augment his knowledge and diverse expertise in serving others, Mr. Rudolf is licensed as both a pastor and bartender and studied applied behavior analysis. As a licensed pastor, he mentors fellow ministers, offers spiritual guidance and steps in to support congregations when needed. Additionally, his applied behavior analysis enhances his ability to work effectively with students who have behavioral challenges.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Rudolf attributes his achievements to the steadfast moral principle of doing what is right — even when it is difficult — and prioritizing the well-being of his students above all else. His faith-driven values guide him to support those most in need without ulterior motives, always striving to create meaningful benefits for others.

Among Mr. Rudolf's proudest accomplishments are the transformations he has witnessed among students who were initially labeled non-verbal or incapable of progress; under his guidance over several years, many have graduated, secured employment and maintained ongoing communication with him — a testament to his profound impact on their lives.

Civic engagement has long been a central part of Mr. Rudolf's life. Beyond his treasury role at Blooming Beyond Barriers PTA, he participates in initiatives such as KickAthon for students with autism, advocates for Maryland School for the Blind and supports various communities across Baltimore City. His efforts have seen him recognized with multiple accolades for going above and beyond expectations.

Born in Baltimore into a family deeply rooted in education — his grandmother led the English department at Frostburg University while his mother served as an individualized education program (IEP) chair, special educator and specialist at North Avenue — Mr. Rudolf was inspired from an early age by their dedication to teaching and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Having a brother with disabilities further shaped his understanding, patience and passion for supporting others.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Rudolf aims to complete his Bachelor of Business Administration studies before pursuing a master's degree in special education. With aspirations of securing a promotion as a specialist at North Avenue headquarters within Baltimore City Schools, his ultimate goal is to advocate more broadly for students with disabilities throughout the city. His legacy reflects an unwavering commitment to service, education and empowerment — qualities that continue to define his contributions to both professional circles and the wider Baltimore community.
