In this capacity, he ensures his team meets all contract requirements for reporting purposes, completes financial reporting through Accenture Federal Services and the United States Postal Service and tracks a team of 65 professionals to ensure operational excellence.

Before being promoted to his current role, Mr. Macom held the position of division PMO manager at Accenture Federal Services for two years. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing 26 contracts within the division, demonstrating his ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance. For the preceding two years, he served as a project manager for an Air Force contract with the same firm.

Prior to his tenure at Accenture Federal Services, Mr. Macom worked as a program manager at ManTech from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, he was a deputy project manager at SuprTek on a State Department contract. He held a similar role at CACI International Inc. in 2018, where he contributed to the successful delivery of government projects by applying his expertise in military operations and logistics.

Earlier in his career, from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Macom served as site manager for GardaWorld Federal Services in Baltimore, where he was responsible for site operations and team leadership, ensuring security protocols were maintained and client expectations were met. His professional journey began with his service in the United States Army from 2005 to 2017. His most notable achievement occurred during his final four years with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he served as battle captain for the Division's DTAC and ACP. As an E-5, he successfully performed duties typically assigned to a senior captain or newly promoted major.

Educationally, Mr. Macom's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed in 2019. Additionally, he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree. His academic work has aided him in his proficiency in program management, contract administration and financial oversight.

The influence of family has been central to Mr. Macom's accomplishments. He credits his parents—especially his father, a twenty-one-year Army veteran—and his wife for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout his journey. Their guidance has been instrumental in motivating him to pursue excellence both personally and professionally.

Born in Las Vegas, Mr. Macom enjoys spending time at gun ranges and attending sporting events, particularly baseball games, in his free time. Looking ahead, he aspires to advance into director-level roles at Accenture Federal Services and ultimately attain a chief operating officer or operations chief position within the company or another leading information technology organization.
