From 2020 to 2023, Mrs. Zagada served as a marketing and business development officer at Lone Star National Bank in San Antonio. In this role, she developed marketing strategies, coordinated community outreach, and supported business growth in the region. Concurrently, from 2017 to 2023, she worked as a mother agent assistant with Lari Nelson Fashion Group, where she contributed to model development, talent management, and agency operations.

Mrs. Zagada also served as director of marketing and social media for the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative 501(c)(3) in 2022, playing an instrumental role in promoting statewide fashion events and initiatives. That same year, she contributed to Untamable: The Sustainable Fashion Show in San Antonio as an event planner, social media manager, content creator, backstage manager, and model manager.

Her earlier professional experience includes roles as a public relations assistant at Neiman Marcus San Antonio in 2019 and as a pageant judge for National American Miss in Dallas from 2017 to 2019. She began her career as a sales associate at K-9 Café Boutique & Spa in San Antonio from 2016 to 2017 and served as an assistant track-and-field coach for the City of Pharr, Texas, in 2016.
