Mr. Giallanzo currently serves as chief executive officer of No Limit Ninja LLC, a role he has held since 2019. In this capacity, he oversees the strategic and operational management of both the Farmingdale and Yonkers locations. He actively promotes brand visibility through community engagement and local outreach.

Before his current role, Mr. Giallanzo became the managing owner of Ultimate Ninja Course Builders LLC in 2020. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he pioneered the mobile ninja warrior course service on Long Island by renting trucks to transport equipment and set up courses in clients' backyards. This innovative approach led to the creation of Ultimate Ninja Course Builders LLC, which designs, installs, fabricates and sells customizable ninja obstacle course playground systems for residential and commercial use. The company's offerings have expanded to include summer camps and day camps, representing 80% of all ninja courses at camps in the tri-state area.

Mr. Giallanzo holds numerous certifications that underscore his expertise in fitness and athletic coaching, including ninja warrior coaching certifications from both the World Ninja League and Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association. In addition to the P90X and INSANITY PRO Team certification from The Beachbody Company, kettlebell level two and kettlebell level one from Cultivated Strength, TRX suspension training from Fitness Anywhere, USA trained amateur boxer from USA Boxing Committee, group exercise instructor from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and a personal trainer certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. These credentials have enabled him to deliver high-quality training programs for diverse populations.

Mr. Giallanzo attributes his success to the influence of his parents and family, business owners who instilled in him the importance of valuing clients and customers and delivering exceptional service. He emphasizes this philosophy within his team, ensuring they understand their role in creating memorable experiences for children beyond just hosting events.

Civic engagement is central to Mr. Giallanzo's life. He has served as co-chair for Sunrise Day Camp and as an executive committee member for Long Island Fight for Charity. He is also an active supporter of fundraising efforts through his local chambers of commerce.
