In January of 2025, Ms. Darcy assumed the role of Design Manager at Classic Kitchens and Interiors. In this capacity, she manages her own design projects and partners with her team members to provide the support they need. She carefully ensures the equitable distribution of workloads, develops training initiatives for staff, guidance for the team on the professional computer aided design software the team uses. In addition, Ms. Darcy ensures her team is working with the best vendors to provide the most custom and dependable design solutions for their clients.

Before progressing into her current position, Ms. Darcy served as a kitchen and bath designer for George Davis, Inc from 2023 – 2025. During this period, she contributed her expertise and creative ideas in space planning, construction documents, contract generation and material selection to numerous residential projects, further refining her skills in cabinetry design, custom built-ins, space planning, CAD drawing development and construction. Concurrently, she worked as kitchen and bath designer for Classic Kitchens and Interiors from 2012 to 2023; during her tenure there, Ms. Darcy demonstrated dedication to delivering high-quality custom designs and effectively collaborating with both clients and team members.

Ms. Darcy's earlier experience includes working as a kitchen and bath designer, interior designer, drafts person, and project manager for the collaborative ERT Architects, Inc., Wudwurks Custom Cabinetry and MJ Nardone Building and Remodeling from 2004-2012, where she gained valuable exposure to the residential construction industry, high end architectural design and custom cabinetry design all in one.

While earning a Bachelor of Science in interior design from Endicott College in 1998, Ms. Darcy thrived as an interior designer for an interior decorator in Columbus, Ohio and graduated with a position as an interior designer and drafts person for an architect in Boston, MA., accumulating useful insights into different regional styles and broadening her industry perspectives. She takes great pride in the diverse education she has acquired through a series of distinct roles and believes that her solid background in construction and exposure to multiple facets of the field have been essential to her advancement within the interior design world.

Ms. Darcy is an active member of several industry organizations, including the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod. She also seeks opportunities for civic engagement and is an active volunteer with Harbor Church. Additionally she has also secured several professional designations that reflect her expertise, including the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications certification and Ms. Darcy is recognized as an associate kitchen and bath designer by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Ms. Darcy's accomplishments have been recognized through several prestigious awards. In 2016, she and her team received both the Best Designer- Cape and Islands honor from Best of Bost Home by Boston Magazine under Boston Globe Media Partners LLC and the Silver BRICC award for Excellence in Remodeling- Kitchen from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod. In 2025, Ms. Darcy was awarded a Gold Prism award from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and a Silver BRICC award from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod. She attributes much of her success to employers who offered opportunities in her career, the talented cabinetry installers she works with, the team of designers that she has learned from over the years as well as lessons instilled by her mother regarding the value of hard work.

Ms. Darcy enjoys spending time at the beach, line dancing, decorating her home of the holidays and camping. She remains dedicated to making a positive impact within her organization by serving and helping her team grow professionally while contributing to increased sales performance.
