Mr. Jordan also holds the position of sous chef at Augusta National Golf Club beginning in 2024. This prestigious appointment allows him to contribute to one of the world's most renowned golf clubs, further expanding his experience in high-caliber hospitality environments. Previously, he worked as a line cook at Augusta National Golf Club from 2021 to 2023, where he gained invaluable exposure to large-scale event execution during The Masters tournament.
His earlier career includes serving as a hospitality operations assistant at Johnson & Wales University – Charlotte from 2021 to 2022. In this role, Mr. Jordan supported various aspects of university hospitality services while continuing his education. He was also a line cook at Providence Country Club from 2021 to 2022 and at Idle Hour Country Club in 2021, where he developed foundational skills in culinary preparation and teamwork.
From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Jordan worked as a shift manager at Coldstone Creamery, where he gained early experience in food service management and customer relations. His journey into the private club sector began with roles as a line cook at Myers Park Country Club from 2019 to 2020 and at The Country Club of Virginia in 2019. The latter opportunity arose serendipitously during a career fair and proved pivotal; The Country Club of Virginia is recognized among the top ten Platinum Clubs of America. Under the mentorship of Chef Scott Craig at Myers Park Country Club, another esteemed Platinum Club, Mr. Jordan's understanding of top-tier hospitality was transformed through exposure to industry-leading standards and practices.

Mr. Jordan's academic achievements have played a significant role in shaping his professional trajectory. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in food service management from Johnson & Wales University – Charlotte in 2022 after completing an associate's degree in culinary arts from the same institution in 2020. His four years of study provided both technical knowledge and practical experience, including an opportunity to work at The Masters tournament.
