By connecting access control technology to contractor management tools, he enabled Mosaic to generate an annual return of approximately $50 to $90 million dollars in savings. Among his most notable achievements was educating the information technology department about the value of physical identity access management when implemented correctly. He successfully secured funding from Mosaic to implement the PIAM system and integrated it with other business operations, resulting in significant cost savings by preventing overcharging from contractors.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Eloff served as the corporate security manager at The Mosaic Company from 2015 to 2020. In this role, he managed security operations across multiple sites and contributed to the development of comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.

Before joining Mosaic, Mr. Eloff was the global security manager at Samsung Engineering from 2014 to 2015. There, he led international security initiatives and mentored disadvantaged children as part of the company's outreach programs.

From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Eloff worked as the project security manager in corporate security at Fluor, where he was responsible for overseeing project-specific security measures and ensuring compliance with global standards. He previously held the position of country security manager in corporate security at Fluor from 2012 to 2013, managing national-level security operations and risk assessments.

Between 2011 and 2012, Mr. Eloff served as the security and operations manager in corporate security at Fluor, where he coordinated operational protocols and supervised on-site teams. Earlier in his career, he was the tactical operations centre team leader at Global Strategies International from 2009 to 2010, leading critical response teams in high-risk environments. He also served as the team leader of the private security detail at Hart Security from 2008 to 2009.

Mr. Eloff's professional journey is further distinguished by his military service. He served as a marine in the British Royal Marines Reserve from 2010 to 2011, following five years with the South African Department of Defense Special Forces from 2003 to 2008. His military career began as a legionnaire with the French Ministry of Armed Forces from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to his primary roles, Mr. Eloff has been an advisory board member at Ashland University since 2024 and has been a member of the customer advisory board for Alert Enterprise since 2020. He is actively involved in several industry organizations, including serving as an honorary member of the Tampa Green Beret Association since 2022 and holding chartered membership with both the Security Institute and Security Management Institute. He is also affiliated with the Special Forces League.

Mr. Eloff's academic background includes a Master of Science in emergency and risk management from the University of Leicester in Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Master of Business Administration from Aston American University in Honolulu, Hawaii. His commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through his certifications: a certificate in cybersecurity from Harvard University in Cambridge Massachusetts obtained in 2024; a diploma level six certified security management professional from International Security Management Institute awarded in 2016; an ISO 22301 internal auditor certification from the International Organization for Standardization received in 2014; and an ISO 28000 internal auditor certification also from the International Organization for Standardization completed in 2014.
