Prior to this role, Mr. Norris worked as a service technician at Valvoline in 2022, where he applied technical expertise to vehicle maintenance and customer service. From 2001 to 2022, Mr. Norris held the position of contact center manager at Canon Information Technology Services Inc. Over more than two decades, he managed large teams, implemented process improvements and cultivated a culture of excellence within the organization. He is particularly proud that his departure from each department he managed was met with reluctance from colleagues, some of whom sent him cards as tokens of appreciation. Maintaining ongoing relationships with former coworkers stands as a testament to his effective leadership and the positive impact he had on those around him.

Mr. Norris began his professional journey as a security specialist in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 1998. During his military service, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and was recognized as Airman of the Quarter, an achievement he regards as one of his most significant career milestones.

His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Leo University, earned in 2001. This educational background provided him with critical analytical and technical skills that have supported his success across various roles. Mr. Norris attributes his achievements to consistent reliability and dependability, qualities that have defined both his academic pursuits and professional endeavors.

Beyond his career, Mr. Norris is actively involved in civic and charitable activities. He serves as a security team member and worship guitar player at Faith Community Church, where he also participates in charity work. Additionally, he contributes to Operation Christmas Child, reflecting his commitment to supporting community initiatives.

Outside of work, Mr. Norris values family life and enjoys spending time with his son. His personal interests include playing different musical instruments, woodworking, working out and cooking.
