This position taught Ms. Kercher the complexities of managing administrative operations and supporting the center's outreach initiatives.

Among her most notable accomplishments, Ms. Kercher was most proud of running an at-risk youth program from 2016 to 2020, which provided critical support to at-risk youth until it was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier, between 2014 and 2015, she gained experience as a mental health clinician at Sound Mental Health CFS in Auburn. In this position, Ms. Kercher provided direct clinical services and contributed to the well-being of clients navigating complex mental health needs.

Ms. Kercher's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her professional journey. Her educational journey began with an Associate of Arts from Highline Community College in 2007. She then completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in Bible from Biola University in 2011. From there, Ms. Kercher garnered a Master of Arts in counseling psychology from Northwest University in 2014, equipping her with advanced knowledge and clinical skills essential for her work as a counselor and therapist. In addition to her academic achievements, she holds a license as a mental health counselor, which has enabled her to practice independently and provide specialized care to her clients.
