In this regard, Mr. Saunders is currently working on the Microsoft AI multiple phase data center projects, a milestone that he considers a highlight of his career.

Previously, Mr. Saunders worked for The Walsh Group in various capacities worldwide, commencing his tenure with the organization in 2012 in Oslo, Norway, as an international security manager and TSS superintendent. In this role, he was responsible for safeguarding sensitive sites and managing technical security systems on high-profile projects. After spending five years in this position, he was promoted to the rank of airport systems superintendent, a role he held until 2025. In this capacity, he directed the integration of sophisticated airport systems and ensured compliance with stringent safety and operational standards. Punctuating these appointments, Mr. Saunders also served as a construction security manager at Caddell International in Nassau, Bahamas, from 2019 to 2021 and at BL Harbert International in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco, from 2019 to 2024. During this period, he was responsible for implementing rigorous security protocols and overseeing the installation of advanced telecommunications systems on critical infrastructure projects.

Mr. Saunders' entry into the industry was influenced by colleagues who advised him to join The Walsh Group during his tenure at the United States Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. Earlier, Mr. Saunders served as an international security manager and TSS superintendent at Caddell International in Djibouti City, Djibouti, from 2009 to 2011 and as a TSS superintendent at Yates International LLC in Mumbai, India, from 2008 to 2009, where he managed teams responsible for the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure on large-scale developments. He commenced his career as an overseas technician with J.A. Jones International LLC in 2004, traveling to Europe, Africa and Central America for four years.

Highly educated, Mr. Saunders completed an associate degree in mechanical engineering at Cayuga County Community College in 1998 and pursued coursework in graphic design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2000. To augment his credentials, he subsequently obtained several certifications, including an OSHA 30 certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2013 and BICSI ITS Installer I and II credentials in 2010.

Mr. Saunders attributes much of his success to the steadfast support of his family, with particular inspiration drawn from his son, who continues to serve as a central motivation in his endeavors.
