Mr. Justice currently serves as the regional general manager for A & L RV Sales LLC, overseeing daily operations across eight locations in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia and North Carolina. Since 2019, he has managed all aspects of the business, drawing on five decades of experience in the recreational vehicle industry. His leadership at A & L RV Sales is marked by a commitment to operational excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction.

At the outset of his career in 1980, Mr. Justice worked at Lazydays as an RV service technician alongside his father, who was the service manager. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and aptitude for leadership, he advanced through various roles, including service advisor, parts manager, service manager, and parts and service director. After 13 years in sales, he transitioned into management as a sales manager, a position he held until 2003.

Following his tenure at Lazydays, Mr. Justice served as the general manager of Dandy RV Superstore in Oxford, Alabama, from 2007 to 2012. In this role, he oversaw dealership operations and contributed to the company's continued development. From 2012 to 2017, he held the position of general manager at Camping World, guiding day-to-day operations and supporting organizational goals during a period of industry growth.

Mr. Justice returned to Lazydays RV in Tucson, Arizona, as the general manager in 2016. In this capacity, he oversaw the dealership's overall operations and worked to uphold the company's standards of quality and service. Drawing on his extensive background with Lazydays and the broader RV industry, he focused on maintaining efficient operations, supporting staff development and ensuring a positive customer experience until his departure in 2019.

Over the course of 25 years at Lazydays, Mr. Justice made significant contributions to the company's transformation from a small operation with $2 million in revenue to the world's largest RV dealership, boasting $900 million in revenue at the time of his departure. His tenure at Lazydays was distinguished by his involvement in high-level management and customer service training initiatives, which contributed to the company's expansion and success. Mr. Justice credits much of his professional development to mentorship from Don Wallace, founder of Lazydays.

Throughout his career, Mr. Justice has been dedicated to professional growth. He has been a founding member of the Spartan Dealer Council since the mid-1990s and maintains active membership with the RV Dealers Association. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his participation in extensive customer service training programs and his development of proprietary training curricula for staff.

Mr. Justice has completed a range of professional certifications that have informed his approach to leadership and sales. He earned Dale Carnegie Training in 2017 and participated in Stephen Covey's Leadership Training on Principle-Centered Leadership. His professional development also includes sales training with Dave Martin, Grant Cardone, and the Ron Willingham School of the Bestseller, as well as Spader TM1 training.

Mr. Justice's passion for the recreational vehicle industry is grounded in the belief that the RV lifestyle enriches lives by fostering adventure and connection. He emphasizes the importance of continuous learning through seminars and emerging technologies, while valuing the guidance of mentors throughout his career. He believes true success comes from pursuing a passion, persevering and striving to achieve the highest level of expertise. In recognition of this passion, Mr. Justice received a 50-Year Service Award, honoring his longstanding dedication to the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Justice has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement. He is a former board member of Habitat for Humanity and supports SPCA International Inc., disaster relief efforts within local communities and various church initiatives.

Looking ahead, Mr. Justice plans to retire and looks forward to traveling around the state with his wife, visiting their grandchildren and future great-grandchildren while enjoying the rewards of their hard work. Currently authoring "Learn to Earn," which he anticipates publishing soon, Mr. Justice remains committed to mentoring younger generations within the industry, ensuring that his legacy of leadership continues well into the future.
