Prior to her current role, Ms. Alfaro contributed to The Dent Law Firm as a legal assistant from 2010 to 2023. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were instrumental in the successful handling of numerous cases. She was simultaneously a file clerk at The Dent Law Firm, beginning in high school.

Concurrent with these positions, Ms. Alfaro expanded her professional experience beyond the legal field by serving as a Spanish teacher at Holy Family Catholic School from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in her career, she worked as a student worker at Trinity University from 2013 to 2016.

Outside of her formal training, she considers lifelong mentorship and familial support to have been central to her success. She credits her mother, a paralegal, for her guidance and encouragement.
