Additionally, he manages a personal South Florida rental property by coordinating with local agents, associations and insurance contacts to secure suitable tenants.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Moorhead was the owner and real estate broker of A. C. Moorhead Company from 2023 to 2025. During this period, he navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship in the real estate sector, building his business from the ground up and developing strategies for client acquisition and retention.

From 2021 to 2022, Mr. Moorhead served as a real estate broker associate at National Land Realty. In this role, he gained valuable experience working for a large land brokerage firm, expanding his expertise in land transactions and furthering his understanding of the complexities of real estate markets. Between 2014 and 2021, he held various positions as a real estate sales associate with multiple companies. These formative years allowed him to hone his skills in client relations, negotiation and property management while establishing a foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

Mr. Moorhead began his professional journey as an engineer from 2003 to 2013 with several companies. Notably, early in his engineering career he worked with Bechtel on the Waste Treatment Plant in Washington State, one of the largest construction projects funded annually by the Department of Energy. The project's scale was comparable to constructing two new nuclear power plants and was dedicated to treating nuclear waste. Over two years on this assignment, he developed critical skills while collaborating with seasoned engineers and builders in a complex environment shaped by political considerations. He earned a promotion during this period, which he regards as a pivotal transition from academic life to professional responsibility.

Mr. Moorhead's educational background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School in Coral Gables in 2021. This advanced degree provided him with formal business training that complemented his technical background and equipped him for leadership roles in real estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, graduating in 2002. His undergraduate studies introduced him to international collaboration through work on power plant projects and laid the groundwork for his initial career in engineering.

Mr. Moorhead is an alumnus of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, where he received his high school diploma in 1998. At Bolles, he earned varsity letters in basketball and track—competing in discus and shot put—and credits the institution with preparing him well for college and life beyond.

Mr. Moorhead's professional credentials include a broker's license obtained in 2022, a real estate license from the State of Florida awarded in 2017 and a real estate license from the State of Montana earned in 2014.

His achievements have been recognized with several honors, including a scholarship award and the Citizenship Award at The Bolles School during seventh grade. Throughout his career, Mr. Moorhead has prioritized health, maintained a positive attitude and taken responsibility for his actions, values instilled by his parents who were both involved in health care. Civically engaged, Mr. Moorhead has volunteered with Young Life Nashville, reflecting his commitment to supporting youth development outside of his professional pursuits. Born in Jacksonville, Mr. Moorhead enjoys traveling, fitness activities such as going to the gym and spending time at the beach, collecting art with an emphasis on abstract works and pursuing landscape photography.
