In 2025, she assumed the position of strategic project manager II at Boyd Group Services Inc. — a leading automotive glass operator and repair company — where she manages projects, ensures her team is operating at peak efficiency and reviews all work for quality assurance. Her expertise in change management, operational improvement, collaboration and team process optimization has been pivotal in delivering a number of company-wide enhancements.

Prior to reaching her current role at Boyd Group Services, Ms. Alhnaity began her tenure in 2019 as a strategic project manager. During this time, she led her first major strategic acquisition project, which spanned a year and a half and culminated in her promotion to senior acquisition project manager in 2024. Having gained significant experience in standard operating procedures, key performance indicators and executing project plans, this accomplishment stands as one of her most notable professional achievements to date.

Ms. Alhnaity began her professional journey as a project manager at Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc., serving from 2013 to 2019. Throughout her formative years, she developed essential project management skills that would later define her career ascension at Boyd Group Services.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Alhnaity earned a Master of Public Administration in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration in 2011, both from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in technical management from DeVry University, obtained in 2009, and an Associate of Science in computer and information sciences from University of Alaska Anchorage, completed in 2006.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning and professional growth, Ms. Alhnaity became a certified nutritionist through American Fitness Professionals & Associates in 2021. Additionally, she was certified as a project management professional by Microtrain in 2018 and recognized as a Lean Six Sigma green belt in 2012.

Along with her education, Ms. Alhnaity attributes her ongoing success in project management to her discipline — a quality recognized by her supervisors and peers alike — which has led to invitations to present on the topic within her organization. Her outstanding influence and professional accomplishments have seen her recognized through several accolades at Boyd Group Services, including the bronze Wow Star in 2024 and the silver Wow Star in 2021.

Also a lifelong martial artist and decorated athlete, Ms. Alhnaity began practicing karate in Jordan in 1993. She earned a first-degree black belt in Shotokan style before advancing to a sixth-degree black belt in Shiru style. As a member of Team USA, she has competed locally, regionally and nationally throughout her life and began participating at the global level in 2015. Since joining the World Karate Championship circuit in 2012, she has secured gold medals for three consecutive years within her age group and was named world champion at the World Kickboxing and Karate Championship in both 2017 and 2018. In 2019, she won two gold medals at the same event and added another gold medal in 2021.

Upon welcoming her first child into the world in 2022, Ms. Alhnaity took a hiatus from competition but made a successful return in 2024 by earning a bronze medal. She continues to train rigorously with aspirations of reclaiming a gold medal at upcoming events.

Happily married and a dedicated family woman, Ms. Alhnaity remains passionate about karate and is dedicated to inspiring newcomers — especially young girls — to pursue martial arts. She is also committed to advancing as a leader while continuing to provide guidance and learn from others within the project management realm. Her journey reflects an unwavering dedication to excellence across both professional and athletic arenas, underscored by resilience, discipline and an enduring passion for growth and mentorship.
