WEST BERLIN, NJ, December 22, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Asha Jain has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mrs. Jain is recognized for her leadership in philanthropy and charitable foundation management. She is the co-founder and Vice President of the Adish and Asha Jain Foundation LLC, where she has guided the foundation's mission and operations for more than a decade. Through this role, she supports and oversees five major charitable initiatives focused on education, health care, sanitation, agriculture, and self-reliance in underserved communities.

A defining achievement of Mrs. Jain's philanthropic work has been her leadership in the adoption and transformation of more than 60 impoverished villages in India. The foundation's village development model emphasizes detailed needs assessments, transparency, and sustained engagement. Programs implemented under her guidance have improved access to education, enhanced health and sanitation, and strengthened income-generating opportunities for families.

Central to Mrs. Jain's work is the empowerment of women. Through partnerships with organizations such as Ekal Foundation, she has helped more than 20,000 villagers - particularly women - become self-reliant. Women in these communities now manage nutritional kitchen gardens, receive vocational training in tailoring and entrepreneurship, and generate supplemental income for their families. These initiatives have improved nutrition, strengthened household stability, and increased annual income in participating villages by as much as 50 percent.

Mrs. Jain is also actively involved with Project Why, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children in underserved areas of South Delhi through high-quality, holistic education. Her leadership and support have contributed to the organization's modernization, including strengthened governance, improved reporting and accountability, expanded digital learning, and the achievement of a 100 percent graduation rate among participating students.

In addition, Mrs. Jain supports Akshaya Patra as a long-term investment in child nutrition and education. An upcoming milestone of the foundation is the inauguration of a large-scale community kitchen that will provide daily meals to approximately 100,000 children, reflecting her commitment to sustainable, scalable impact.

Prior to her philanthropic leadership, Mrs. Jain built a professional career as a mechanical engineer spanning more than 25 years. Her academic background reflects both depth and adaptability. She earned a master's degree in Languages in India, along with a diploma in interior design, and later completed an associate degree in mechanical engineering in Iowa after relocating to the United States. This diverse educational foundation has informed her analytical approach to problem-solving, project management, and community development.

Throughout her life, Mrs. Jain has been guided by strong family values and a commitment to service. She credits her success to sustained hard work, hands-on involvement, and the support of her family. Beyond her foundation work, she founded the Millan Group in New Jersey approximately three years ago, a community initiative dedicated to providing social and cultural engagement for Indian seniors without any preset agenda. The group meets twice a month and has become highly valued by its members for fostering connection, inclusion, and a strong sense of community.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Jain remains dedicated to expanding the reach and impact of the Adish and Asha Jain Foundation, with a continued focus on education, women's empowerment, and self-reliance to improve quality of life for underserved communities.
