These include Loon's Lair, a Shark Tank–style pitch competition that has helped facilitate over $5 million in investments for early-stage startups; Inside Executive Minds, a monthly C-suite roundtable that convenes senior leaders to share insights, inspire emerging executives, and shape forward-looking dialogue; and a structured mentorship and next-generation engagement program focused on developing future founders and business leaders. Collectively, these efforts have positioned the chamber as a catalyst for entrepreneurship, investment, and leadership development across Minnesota.

In addition to his work with the chamber, Mr. Jeganathan currently leads AI governance and innovation initiatives at Solventum, where he is responsible for advancing responsible AI adoption and driving enterprise-wide technology strategy. Prior to Solventum, he held progressive IT leadership roles at Medtronic, contributing to large-scale digital transformation efforts, optimizing complex business systems, and delivering high-impact technology solutions across multiple global initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jeganathan held senior technology and business systems roles at leading organizations including Best Buy, TrothIT, and Wolters Kluwer. Across these positions, he focused on designing and delivering technology-driven solutions that improved operational efficiency, strengthened enterprise platforms, and supported scalable business growth.

Mr. Jeganathan is also recognized for his accomplishments in the fashion industry, with an international modeling career that includes runway appearances at New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week, with upcoming appearances scheduled at Los Angeles Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.

His academic background includes a Master of Science in information systems with a management focus from St. Cloud State University in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical sciences with a minor in airport management from St. Cloud State University in 2012. He has also earned a certificate in business intelligence from St. Cloud State University in 2016. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute, awarded in 2015.

Mr. Jeganathan credits his success to the invaluable guidance of mentors who have helped him navigate his path. He believes that being courageously adventurous and consistently saying "yes" has opened doors to numerous opportunities. The support of his family—including his wife, parents, in-laws and others—has been fundamental throughout his journey.

Mr. Jeganathan is deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership, holding several prominent governance and advisory roles. He currently serves as Board Chair of the Lankan Professionals Network and as a Governor-appointed board member of the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID). He has served as President of the Hindu Society of Minnesota since 2024, following prior leadership roles as Vice President and Volunteer Chair. In addition, he has been an Executive Advisory Board member at GBJets since 2022. Earlier in his community involvement, Mr. Jeganathan contributed as a volunteer with organizations such as Kids Against Hunger and SCORE Minnesota, reflecting a long-standing commitment to service and community impact.
