Managing workforce planning, talent acquisition and operational strategies across the United States, Canada and Latin America, she supported the company's growth objectives in a dynamic market landscape.

Ms. Mishra was also a strategic client partner and growth leader at Cognizant for nearly a decade, during which she cultivated long-term client relationships, identified new business opportunities and led initiatives that drove revenue growth. Her efforts during this time were integral to expanding Cognizant's footprint in key markets including health care, financial services and the retail sector.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Ms. Mishra began her professional journey as a senior executive of business development at CMC Limited, now a part of Tata Consultancy Services, in Kolkata, India, from 1996 to 1997. There, she developed foundational skills in business management, project delivery and market analysis that would inform her subsequent ascension at Cognizant.

Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Mishra pursued higher education and earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Xavier Institute of Management in 1996. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, completed in 1994, which laid a strong foundation for her success in the United States.
