She is the founder and president of VmanK Consulting & Home Care Academy, LLC — established in Flatwoods, Kentucky, in 2012 and relocated to the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, in 2016. In her day-to-day activities, Dr. Boothe operates a nationwide business in which she works closely with Owners, CEOs, executive management and leaders of organizations to secure State license through the department of Public Health, Medicare Certification and/or accreditation from Joint Commission (JC), Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and COA accreditation in partnership with Social Current, Inc. She also works closely with and guides executives in the community health industry to launch new companies or programs. Furthermore, she manages the application process for companies seeking Medicare approval from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to operate Medicare-certified skilled home health companies. To set these companies up for success, Dr. Boothe develops comprehensive operations, clinical, and personnel policies and procedures to lay the foundation for their growth.

Dr. Boothe's expertise has been pivotal in helping many large organizations (with gross annual revenue of $10 million or more) and small organizations (with yearly gross revenue of a million dollars or less) achieve their goals, maintain effective operations, and adhere to state, federal, and accreditation rules and regulations. Though her tenure counts many milestones, she is especially proud of her ability to prevent noncompliance issues that could result in agency closures or significant financial penalties. She is also recognized for her unwavering availability and responsiveness to clients, bringing a carefully tailored approach to every project she undertakes.

In addition to her leadership at VmanK Consulting & Home Care Academy, Dr. Boothe excelled as a professor at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2023. Specializing in nursing leadership and as the lead faculty for the health care finance courses, where she contributed to the academic development of future Nurse leaders pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Concurrently, Dr. Boothe served as a site visitor (surveyor) for the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) from 2012 to 2022, during which she evaluated Medicare-certified skilled home health care agencies and private duty agencies for compliance with Medicare, State, and accreditation regulations. She also held a faculty position as an online executive MBA professor at Jack Welch Management Institute from 2012 to 2015, further demonstrating her commitment to education and professional development.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Boothe served as administrator and director of the Medicare-certified home health agency business line at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital from 2007 to 2012, overseeing critical aspects of home health administration and patient care delivery for the Kentucky health system. Over the course of six years, she excelled as the associate director of quality management at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, where she played a key role in advancing quality initiatives for the VNA Nazareth Home Health Care agency. She also served as the Vice President of the Kentucky Home Care Association from 2010 to 2012.

Dr. Boothe began her journey in the community health sector by gaining hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse Manager for a Skilled Medicare Certified home healthcare agency from 2000 to 2001.

Much of Dr. Boothe's success in health care consulting stems from her equally robust academic background. She completed a Master of Business Administration cum laude at Webster University in 2005. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude from McKendree College (now McKendree University) in Lebanon, Kentucky, in 2000. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational management and leadership from Capella University in 2012, augmenting her ability to lead VmanK Consulting & Home Care Academy, LLC.

In 2022, to deepen her commitment to compliance and ethical standards within health care organizations, Dr. Boothe was certified as a professional compliance officer by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), a global coding and healthcare compliance company. Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, she attributes her accomplishments to her strong faith, her family's support, and her enduring motivation to provide for her children.

Also known for her civic-minded contributions, Dr. Boothe is a co-founder of Divine Bethel Learning Center in Jamaica, where she operates an all-expenses-paid after-school program for less fortunate students. She previously served on the volunteer board of the Kentucky Home Care Association — through which she advocated for Home Healthcare agencies throughout the state — from 2008 to 2015. Additionally, she volunteers with her church in both Jamaica and Atlanta, further exemplifying her dedication to community service and to helping others through faith-based initiatives.

Happily married and the proud mother of four children and two stepchildren, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, Dr. Boothe cherishes time spent with her family. She enjoys traveling as a balance to her professional endeavors.
