In 2020, she attained the rank of Commander after previously making history in the U.S. Navy as the first female Gunner's Mate Chief Petty Officer in this military organization. She is particularly proud of her contributions to Ballistic Missile Defense and her participation in missions across the globe, which have had a lasting impact on national security.

Ms. Hill's earlier roles within the U.S. Navy include serving as System Test Officer and Combat Systems Officer aboard the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71). In these capacities, she was responsible for overseeing complex combat/weapons systems and ensuring operational readiness. Her career began as a Gunner's Mate MK 41 Vertical Launching System Technician, where she developed technical expertise that would underpin her later leadership roles.

In addition to her military service and entrepreneurial pursuits, Ms. Hill has been active in real estate since 2005 as a property owner and manager. She has demonstrated strong business acumen by managing multiple properties while balancing other professional commitments. Her early career also included work as a sales associate at Radio Shack, where she gained foundational experience in electronics, customer service, and sales.

Ms. Hill's academic achievements have played a significant role in her success. She earned both with distinction a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Master's Certificate in Mission Analysis and Engineering from Old Dominion University, which provided her with advanced technical knowledge applicable to both military operations and business ventures. Earlier, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from Park University in 2014 and holds an Associate degree in Electromechanical (Engineering) Technology from Excelsior University in Albany, New York, awarded in 2002 cum laude as well. Her professional credentials include certification as a Master Training Specialist through the U.S. Navy.
