Before joining InvestCloud, Ms. McCreary held several key positions at Sportradar AG, a Swiss-based sports data company which she joined as chief legal officer and corporate secretary in 2021, also becoming the chief administrative officer in 2023, and finally serving as the senior advisor to the CEO in 2025. She was instrumental in steering the company through its initial public offering in 2021, then in building and strengthening the company's legal, compliance and enterprise risk functions as it transitioned from a privately held entity to a public enterprise.

Between 2013 and 2021, Ms. McCreary excelled as the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Fiserv Inc., a world-class company leading the payments industry, having begun her career there as the senior vice president and deputy general counsel, a position she held from 2010 to 2013. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to the company's expansion into an $80 billion enterprise, a transformative period for both the organization and her own career. Ms. McCreary legal acumen, coupled with her business expertise increased her value as a trusted advisor and furthered her efforts to build diverse teams by provide meaningful professional opportunities for members of her team.

Ms. McCreary's earlier career included more than a decade at Bryan Cave LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), where she joined in 1996 following her initial experience in private practice at Frieden, Haynes & Forbes in Topeka, Kansas, in 1994. At Bryan Cave, Ms. McCreary advanced to managing partner of the San Francisco office from 2008 to 2010 and successfully established the firm as a legal leader in that city during a period of significant, global financial stress, guiding its growth while leading complex commercial matters for prominent clients.

Before entering law, Ms. McCreary built foundational experience in the financial sector with roles at Metmor Financial Inc., where she served as the vice president from 1986 to 1991, and Citicorp (now Citi), where she worked as an account executive in thrift operations, starting in 1982.
