From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Ben-Meir was a partner at Alston & Bird LLP, where he continued to expand his expertise in patent litigation and commercial disputes, and gained valuable experience litigating patent disputes before the International Trade Commission.

From 1988 to 1995, before entering the legal profession, Mr. Ben-Meir was a senior engineer at Litton Industries. Through his engineering experience building DARPA-funded systems for performing pattern detection and recognition, Mr. Ben-Meir developed a deep understanding of technology and innovation, which later proved instrumental in his legal practice. In recognition of his contributions to Litton, Mr. Ben-Meir received the company's esteemed Advanced Technology Achievement Award in 1993.
