Alongside his work in financial empowerment and media development, Mr. Robertson has served since 2020 as Director of Warehouse Operations at Lyons Specialty Co. In this role, he provides strategic oversight for a multi-shift distribution center, leading organizational performance, operational budgeting, workforce development, and process optimization.

He has implemented enterprise-level systems that improved inventory accuracy, strengthened fill-rate consistency, enhanced customer satisfaction, and aligned warehouse operations with procurement, transportation, and sales teams. His efforts also included elevating safety culture and reinforcing OSHA and FDA compliance through enhanced training and performance accountability frameworks.

From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Robertson served as Branch Manager for Scholastic Book Fairs in Baton Rouge, where he led a major operational turnaround for a regional distribution operation. He inherited a facility with declining performance and executed a full-scale systems rebuild. By implementing KPI-driven labor planning, reengineering workflows, and integrating cross-functional coordination, he increased productivity by 24% and dramatically improved service reliability.

His achievements earned him seven major awards at Scholastic's annual meeting, marking one of the most significant turnarounds in the region.

Mr. Robertson's earlier career includes over a decade of leadership roles at Walmart, where he progressed through positions in logistics, quality assurance, project management, and industrial engineering. His foundational work in workflow design, warehouse optimization, and team leadership helped establish his reputation as an operations strategist capable of improving speed, accuracy, and cost structure simultaneously.
