From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Robertson served as Branch Manager for Scholastic Book Fairs in Baton Rouge, where he led a major operational turnaround for a regional distribution operation. By implementing KPI-driven labor planning, reengineering workflows, and integrating cross-functional coordination, he increased productivity by 24% and dramatically improved service reliability.
