Ms. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi College in 2019. During her studies, she completed coursework in real estate law and principal's insurance, foundational knowledge that proved instrumental as she transitioned into real estate investment. She also participated in projects with experienced investors while still in college. Ms. Gibson recently continued her professional development by obtaining a project management certificate from Cognixia in 2024 and a second project management certificate from the Project Management Institute that same year.

Ms. Gibson's expertise in real estate education and the renovation process is further supported by her active memberships in several industry and civic organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Realtors and Innovate Mississippi.
