He supervises a team of eight technicians working in both field and laboratory settings, overseeing tasks such as timesheet management and general supervisory responsibilities.

Earlier in 2025, Mr. Stewart contributed as a construction materials tester at Centurion Planning & Design LLC, where he was responsible for evaluating the quality and integrity of construction materials used in various projects. His attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance were instrumental in maintaining high standards for the company's deliverables.

From 2024 to 2025, Mr. Stewart held the position of resident project representative at Centurion Planning & Design LLC. In this role, he was tasked with inspecting airport projects on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration. His responsibilities included ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing technical challenges as they arose. Among his most notable achievements during this period was his work on the Victoria project, valued at $10 million. He played a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations, resolving site-specific issues promptly and collaborating closely with his team to ensure project success. He also contributed significantly to the completion of a frac sand processing plant in La Mesa, Texas, from 2017 to 2018. His focus on materials inspection—specifically subgrade base materials, concrete, steel and rebar—demonstrated his proficiency and dedication to quality control.

Prior to joining Centurion Planning & Design LLC through an acquisition in May 2024, Mr. Stewart built his foundation as a construction materials testing technician and field technician at Construction Services LLC from 2015 to 2024. His primary focus was on construction materials testing, where he gained hands-on experience that would later inform his leadership roles.

Mr. Stewart's professional journey began with service in the United States Navy from 2010 to 2014 as an aviation boatswain's mate fuels specialist. This experience instilled discipline and a strong work ethic that have been evident throughout his civilian career.

In recognition of his exemplary service, Mr. Stewart received the United States Navy Achievement Medal, a testament to his dedication and performance during his military tenure.

Mr. Stewart's academic background includes earning a high school diploma in general studies from Christoval High School in Christoval, Texas, in 2009. The foundational skills acquired during his education have supported his ability to adapt quickly within technical environments and excel in complex project management scenarios.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Stewart enjoys woodworking, carpentry, playing guitar and golf. Looking ahead, he aspires to establish two additional materials testing laboratories in Odessa and Corpus Christi while remaining focused on client consultation and expanding his responsibilities within the industry.
