In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Ptacek has served as the vice president of client solutions at Experis Health Solutions since 2011. Since 2019, Dr. Ptacek has also served as the vice president of client solutions at ettain health, now part of Experis Manpower Group. Her responsibilities mirror those at Experis Health Solutions, further demonstrating her expertise in navigating complex health care environments and fostering business growth.

Dr. Ptacek's earlier roles include serving as Cerner practice director at ettain group in 2019, where she led teams in implementing electronic health record solutions. From 2018 to 2019, she was practice director for Cerner at Leidos, overseeing project delivery and client engagement. Previously, between 2017 and 2019, Dr. Ptacek was the engagement director for Cerner at Leidos, managing large-scale implementations and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

From 2013 to 2019, Dr. Ptacek held the position of consultant practice manager for the Epic practice at Leidos, where she guided teams through complex software deployments. During this period, she also worked as a Meditech consultant and consultant practice manager for the Cerner practice at Leidos from 2011 to 2019.

Dr. Ptacek's clinical foundation began as a nurse clinical analyst at Salina Regional Health Center from 2009 to 2011, where she contributed to quality improvement initiatives and technology integration. Her career started as a registered nurse with qShift Travel Nurses from 2008 to 2010 and prior to that was an LPN and a CNA.

Currently training under Dr. DeMers at the Business of Orthobiologics, Dr. Ptacek is expanding her expertise in regenerative medicine by learning advanced techniques, including platelet-rich plasma treatments and stem cell therapies using blood draws, bone marrow and fat-derived procedures. She plans to integrate these services with genomic and biomarker testing, hormone optimization and peptide therapy at Alpha Performance Health, targeting high-powered executives who face unique mental and physical stresses.

Dr. Ptacek's academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her multifaceted career. She earned a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine LLC in 2025, following completion of a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University LLC in 2022. She previously received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Nursing at Chamberlain University LLC, St. Louis Campus, and began her professional training with an Associate of Applied Science in registered nursing from Colby Community College.

In addition to her formal degrees, Dr. Ptacek holds board certification as a family nurse practitioner from the Kansas State Board of Nursing and registered nurse credentials from the same board. These qualifications have enabled her to deliver comprehensive care across various settings.

Dr. Ptacek's professional affiliations include membership in Women We Admire and the Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine Group. Notably, she was recognized as one of the Top 10 in Kansas by Women We Admire in 2025 for her leadership and contributions to health care.
