CHATTANOOGA, TN, January 16, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Luis Lozano has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Lozano, an accomplished expert in supply chain management and manufacturing, has built a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years across North America. In his current role as supply chain manager at OP Mobility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which he has held since 2023, he is responsible for managing material movements to ensure customer demand is consistently met. His duties include delivering automotive parts in sequence to assembly plants, align with customer production schedules, ensuring the assembly line is adequately planned with parts and programming from a paint line operation for efficient handling of various components. He also manages a team that creates the sequence for the painting process, coordinates with planners and measures efficiency by using key performance indicators. The work of his team also includes significant collaboration with suppliers across regions to guarantee timely delivery of components, balancing inventory levels to prevent both excess and shortages and minimizing waste associated with expensive components and inventory.

Prior to joining OP Mobility, Mr. Lozano served as supply chain manager at Yanfeng from 2022 to 2023. During this period, he was instrumental in resolving a severe logistics crisis at a major assembly plant in Alabama that was causing frequent shutdowns. By implementing effective logistics processes, he not only resolved the immediate crisis but also saved the company substantial amounts in expedited shipping costs and downtime fees, an achievement that stands out as a highlight of his career.

Mr. Lozano's early career consists of a long tenure at Brose Group from 1998 to 2022, spanning several locations and departments, including multiple cities in Alabama, South Carolina, Michigan, Querétaro-Mexico, and Ontario-Canada. His numerous positions included logistics manager, warehouse manager, logistics key user, logistics coordinator and logistics planner. Notably, during his time with the firm in Auburn Hills, he spearheaded a project for Ford transitioning delivery methods from bulk to sequenced—a complex initiative requiring the establishment of comprehensive infrastructure for data processing and part sequencing.

Before beginning his professional journey, Mr. Lozano completed an associate degree in accounting and business management from Centro de Estudios Superiores del Bajio in 2003. Although he initially intended to pursue a career in finance after completing his education, an early opportunity in logistics planning redirected his path toward the logistics of the automotive industry, where he discovered a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

Overall, Mr. Lozano attributes his professional success to the personal and professional challenges encountered throughout his career—particularly those involving adaptation to new environments and overcoming crises across Mexico, the United States and Canada. He believes that facing unexpected challenges fostered continual learning and growth, while adaptability and a willingness to embrace new experiences were key factors driving his achievements.

Civically engaged throughout his life, Mr. Lozano served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1995 to 1997—a formative experience that instilled values of service and community involvement. Born in Mexico City, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and playing basketball in his free time—a sport he has played regularly since college, though less frequently in recent years. He has recently returned to studying the piano and remains an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he volunteers his time.

Mr. Lozano's family and children have accompanied him on numerous relocations between Mexico, the United States and Canada. These experiences contributed significantly to his children's development as well-rounded individuals who have now secured scholarships to attend Brigham Young University. Looking ahead, Mr. Lozano intends to document and share the extensive knowledge and experience gained throughout his career with others in the automotive industry by creating workshops or possibly writing a book focused on leadership, cultural adaptability and operational excellence for future professionals.

In Mr. Lozano's own words, there is a value in being "crazily-passionate" about what you do.
