Mr. West began his professional journey as an intern at Sanders® (formerly Jimmy Sanders) in Cleveland, Mississippi, in 2013. Mr. West's academic background is distinguished by a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and economics from Mississippi State University in Starkville since 2014, where he was notably a collegiate football player, a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant in 2020 and a Master of Science in agronomy and crop science from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, in 2024. In addition to his formal education, he is recognized as a landscape industry certified lawn care manager by the University of Georgia, earning this distinction in 2023.

Civically engaged, Mr. West volunteers with Ducks Unlimited and is recognized as an Eagle Scout through Scouting America, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to community service and environmental stewardship.
