His oversight extends to training schools located in Colombia and the Philippines.

Among Mr. Kohen's most significant professional achievements has been the implementation of the Love Line Premium Liquors program, an initiative that partners with celebrities who own liquor brands, integrating their products into the Princess Cruises brand. Notable collaborators include Matthew McConaughey, Liev Schreiber, Blake Lively and Kylie Minogue. The program leverages the "Love Boat" heritage of Princess Cruises, providing these celebrities with a platform to showcase their products to approximately 3 million guests annually.

Prior to joining Princess Cruises, Mr. Kohen was the complex director and executive director of food and beverage operations for Mondrian, Delano and Hyde Hotels and Resorts under SBE Hospitality Group from 2018 to 2022. In this role, he managed multiple high-profile properties, overseeing comprehensive food and beverage strategies that elevated guest experiences across diverse hospitality environments.

From 2013 until 2018, Mr. Kohen served as the Senior Vice President of operations for restaurant, nightlife and food and beverage at Dupoux Design, where he directed operational strategies for a portfolio of venues known for innovative concepts in dining and entertainment. Earlier in his career, he was the chief operating officer at Wired Kitchens.

Equipping Mr. Kohen with advanced skills in sales strategy, marketing innovation and operational leadership was his academic background. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in 1987, he earned a Master of Science in sales and marketing from Istanbul University in 1989. Reflecting on his journey, he attributes his success to maintaining an open mind, being an attentive listener and adapting to evolving technologies, such as artificial intelligence and robotics. Additionally, he stresses the importance of fostering a positive work environment for his teams.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kohen's expertise in high-volume food and beverage operations has been widely recognized, earning industry accolades such as being named Food and Beverage Maverick of the Year by Seatrade Cruise in 2025. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Kohen is actively involved in civic organizations. Since 2025, he has served as a cruise council member on the Cruise Industry Advisory Committee for Forbes Travel Guide. He also volunteers with the Miami Pet Society, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement beyond his corporate duties.
