Additionally, Mr. Dulebohn has served as a judge pro tem for the County of Glen in Willows, California, since 2018, presiding over various legal matters and contributing to the administration of justice within the county, and as a public defender for the County of Glenn, California, since 2019, overseeing a team of attorneys and staff members who are responsible for court-appointed cases.

For more than a decade, Mr. Dulebohn served as a lawyer at Vandervoort and Dulebohn in Chico, California, where he played a pivotal role in legal advocacy and client representation. Among other roles, he served as a contract attorney for VanDervoort and Dulebohn and the County of Glenn, and as the director of litigation support and contract attorney at the Law Offices of Thomas R. Lee in Beverly Hills.

Mr. Dulebohn's foundational legal experience began as a law clerk and certified law student in the felony division of the San Diego Public Defender's Office from 2005 to 2006. His advocacy work was exemplary to the extent that, in 2005, Mr. Dulebohn was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services to the Poor by the State Bar of California. Moreover, he served as a paralegal research assistant at the law library of the Butte County Adult Detention Facility in Oroville, California, between 2000 and 2003. This role provided Mr. Dulebohn with early exposure to criminal defense work and deepened his understanding of legal research methodologies and the development of client rapport.

Mr. Dulebohn's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science, with honors, from California State University, Chico, since 2002, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from California Western School of Law in San Diego since 2006. He also completed coursework at the Universidad Del Salvador School of Law in Buenos Aires, focused on international business transactions and Latin American institutions, and participated in the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program at Nordenbergskolan in Olofström, Sweden. Mr. Dulebohn holds a paralegal certificate and has been admitted to practice law by the California Bar Association.

Mr. Dulebohn is known for his leadership in civic organizations, having served as the youth programs chair for the Rotary Club of Mill Valley and as a past president of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

A prolific reader and writer, Mr. Dulebohn is currently authoring a practical manual aimed at business or legal professionals that addresses client preparation strategies. He is also developing a memoir chronicling his experiences overcoming a life-threatening injury and exploring themes such as disappointment, betrayal and perseverance through adversity, using a stream-of-consciousness narrative style.
