Her creative work is displayed at DC Prime, where she has hosted an art show, diaper drive, and charity auction engaging organizations such as D.C. United and Gary Clark, Jr's NFL Legends, Inc to raise awareness and support for charities, including HomeAid, RAMP Hope, and In the Gap. She has painted large-scale murals for Anchor Bar and Bear Chase Brewery and exploring other venues to create murals for patrons and our local community. Additionally, Ms. Forst has begun modeling and acting as a brand ambassador for some of her favorite designers and using her passion for fashion to design clothing and shoes, using art as a personal outlet that brings balance to her life.

From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Forst excelled as the senior vice president of federal health growth at SeKON Enterprise (SeKON). During this period, she led significant healthcare modernization pursuits in support of federal health initiatives. SeKON sponsored her her first art show and shoe collection drive supporting Sharing Shoes, a nonprofit organization. Between 2016 and 2018, she was a senior healthcare executive for Oracle (formerly Cerner Corporation) federal accounts, expertly managing relationships and advancing strategic growth initiatives within the federal health sector. Ms. Forst's tenure as the vice president of business development at Comprehensive Health Services from 2015 to 2016 further showcased her ability to drive organizational success through innovative strategies.

In 2009, Ms. Forst was named the group senior director of business development and proposal operations for health solutions at Leidos. In this role, she led teams responsible for securing major contracts and advancing the company's presence in the commercial, federal, and civilian health market through 2015. Her earlier experience includes serving as the business development manager and project manager for a biostatistical and data management program within the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases within the Health and Human Services agency for the EMMES Corporation from 2005 to 2009. As a research associate and stem cell specialist at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (United States) between 2004 and 2005, Ms. Forst applied her scientific background to advance research initiatives.

Ms. Forst initiated her professional journey as the lead clinical information manager at EMA Alpha Physician Resource in 2001, where through 2004, she developed foundational skills in clinical data management and project coordination in support of the implementation of Cerner's electronic health record. Her most notable achievements include her work leading Cerner (now Oracle) through a two-year effort that resulted in securing a highly competitive national contract to implement the new federal health electronic health record system for the VA, improving standardization of healthcare delivery for our Veterans. This accomplishment required extensive lobbying on Capitol Hill before senators and building a team of leading companies across the competitive landscape to deliver innovative, high-value solutions, resulting in a sole source DNF contract award granted only in cases of national need.

Ms. Forst is passionate about continuous learning and proudly earned a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Rutgers University in 2001. She also completed coursework at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2002 and completed the advanced project management certification at the School of Professional Development at Stanford University in 2008. Additionally, Ms. Forst studied at the prestigious Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at George Washington University in 2019.

A determined, action-oriented mindset has driven Ms. Forst's career advancements. She also thrives under pressure and follows the guiding principle that progress comes through personal investment and initiative—a philosophy reflected across each of her career milestones. Notably, soccer has played a significant role throughout Ms. Forst's life, as she played at the Division I level at Rutgers and later competed semi-professionally for the New Jersey Splash and New York Power. She was also part of the U.S. Women's National Pool Team. As a mother of five children, she now enjoys playing soccer, golf, and football with her family, and she uses painting as a creative outlet.
